Dr. Alexandra Mikityuk

Founder & CEO

Alexandra is a technology leader with expertise in decentralized systems, blockchain, and security. She earned her PhD at TU Berlin and was a Professor of Cryptography at Flensburg University of Applied Sciences. Before founding Staex, she led the Blockchain Group at Deutsche Telekom Innovation Labs. As CEO, she drives Staex’s vision and growth.

Philip Toepffer

Founder & CFO

Philip is a finance and business development expert with a background in blockchain and decentralized systems. At Deutsche Telekom, he worked on token architecture and innovation strategy. At Staex, he leads financial planning, investor relations, and the token launch.

Paksy Plackis-Cheng

Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Paksy is a tech entrepreneur and strategist with 15 years of global experience across startups, corporates, and public sector innovation. She has led teams in 20+ countries, supported a $6.9B IPO-stage startup, and advised on AI policy. At Staex, she drives strategy, sales, and partnerships with a focus on DePIN and international growth.

Elvina Kulinicenko

Project & Marketing Manager

Elvina leads customer projects and marketing at Staex. She aligns sales and tech teams to deliver impactful results, while driving online presence through SEO and content. With experience in cross-industry collaboration, she brings emerging Web3 technologies into real-world business solutions.

Network Developer

Max is a seasoned software engineer with over 10 years of experience across industries. He has worked on everything from e-commerce platforms to national infrastructure projects. At Staex, he develops the next-generation communication protocol for secure and scalable IoT networks.

Sergei Lavrentev

Decentralized Systems Developer

Sergei is a Web3 engineer with a master’s in Computer Science and over 10 years of development experience. At Staex, he focuses on decentralized systems and blockchain integrations that power secure, automated connectivity across diverse infrastructures.

Kate Shymanovska

Operations Manager

Kate manages Staex’s financial and operational processes with precision and customer focus. With commercial training in retail management, she brings structure, efficiency, and a client-first mindset to all aspects of the company’s daily operations.

Project Coordinator

Sarah drives project execution and grant strategy at Staex. With 10+ years in multinational companies, including the luxury automotive sector, she brings strong operational and cross-functional expertise. She ensures smooth project delivery and enhances the grant process to improve lead quality and uncover growth opportunities.

Project & Marketing Assistant

Nahyeon is a Media Culture student at Bauhaus University Weimar with a passion for storytelling and connecting people. Originally from Korea, she brings hands-on experience in content creation from a radio internship. At Staex, she supports marketing and communication by crafting and sharing content across our channels.
